About ANZCAannounce	English (USA)
This list is for general announcements from ANZCA members for the information of other members of the Association. It is unmoderated and private, and the list is archived. Appropriate announcements include: conferences, seminars, academic positions, networking events, and calls for papers. Announcements of new books from agents of commercial publishers are not appropriate. Notices regarding books or journals with definite connections to ANZCA members (for example MIA or AJC) are exceptions.Suggestion: if in doubt of appropriate material ask your regional representative. For further clarification of an announcement, reply only to the original sender. DO NOT press 'reply to all' (respond to the list address) -- this will go to the entire membership, and is inappropriate for this list. General ANZCA business (non-announcements), discussions of topical issues, and cultural/professional/scholarly debates relevant to association members are more suited to the forthcoming list ANZCAdiscussions. Please keep any attachments, particularly PDFs small and/or compressed. Large email attachments that exceed the capacity of the list will automatically be sent to the administrator of the list pending approval. You will automatically be notified by the system if this occurs. Please avoid circulation of material that might be in breach of copyright. Using ANZCAannounce
To post a message to all the list members, send email to anzcaannounce@arts.usyd.edu.au. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to ANZCAannounce
Subscribe to ANZCAannounce by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext.
